Contractor Openings

Synapsys is currently looking to expand our contractor network in the following areas:

eLearning Developers
An experienced developer, preferably with experience in the design and development of interactive learning solutions and the management of dynamic content. More specifically, in depth knowledge and experience of some or all of the following:

Implementation and customisation of PHP based learning and content management solutions (e.g., Moodle, Drupal, Silverstripe)

Web Programming Languages such as HTML5, PHP, ASP, CSS, JavaScript and related support technologies for the development of effective web content

eLearning development platforms including Adobe Flash and related applications (CS5 preferred)

Rapid eLearning Tools such as Articulate and/or Captivate

Learning and Development Consultant
Consulting experience in the development of L&D strategy, and the specification and implementation of tactical initiatives designed to ensure relevant strategies are achieved. Experience in managing projects involving either a learning or knowledge management focus.

Business Analyst
Experience in the design of information gathering processes, and the gathering and analysis of data via interviews, focus groups and questionnaires. Familiarity with business process mapping techniques, and experience working in a range of client organisations within effective project management processes.
