About Us

We’ve been designing, developing and implementing learning solutions for over fifteen years now. Long enough to know how to run a clean process and be flexible to the changing world of our clients. We’ve worked with most sectors and types of organisations, we bring hybrid vigour to our thinking, and your solutions.

Everyone in the team at Synapsys has a commitment to excellence. In a learning context, that means being well informed about good pedagogy. We have the courage to challenge clients when we don’t believe they are making good decisions. We have the humility to get on and do the job when we’ve had the conversation.

We’re big enough to have multiple specialists in each role, everyone gets to chase what they’re passionate about. We’re small enough to be hungry and see all clients as important.
