We manage routine patching and prioritise major security updates, while major platform upgrades are planned, tested and supported through customer UAT.

Your Totara environment is hosted and managed by Synapsys in New Zealand, so your team doesn’t need to manage the underlying platform infrastructure.
We take care of day-to-day platform operations, including infrastructure monitoring, backups, maintenance and security patching.
