Yesterday, the Synapsys team had the privilege of spending the day with Ngāti Toa, being welcomed onto the rohe and guided through places of deep cultural and historical significance.
We’ve worked with Ngāti Toa Rangatira for some time; this visit deepened our relationship. We were generously hosted by Hera Whaanga and Te Rauparaha Horomona made to feel so welcome from the outset.
Taking the time to listen, learn, and engage in this way is incredibly important to us. It strengthens our appreciation of the context in which we work and reinforces the responsibility we carry to show up with respect, curiosity, and care.
