She’s developed a new rubric for face-to-face workshop evaluations, which uses a pre-workshop survey to give more insight into participants’ level and what they’re hoping for.
We can then tailor the session and also compare pre-and post evaluations without needing to set up a whole new survey set each time we run the workshop.
